By enrolling in our courses or purchasing our digital products, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a fair and transparent relationship between Learn Trading in Amritsar (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “the Institute”) and our students and customers (referred to as “you” or “the Customer”).

1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in our trading courses, including but not limited to the “Learn Trading in Amritsar” course, and your purchase and use of our digital products, such as TradingView premium indicators and trading bots. By enrolling in our courses or purchasing our products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with changes posted on our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Enrollment and Payment for Courses

Enrollment in the “Learn Trading in Amritsar” course requires full payment of the course fee prior to the start of the program. The course fee covers access to educational materials, live or recorded sessions, and any additional resources provided as part of the curriculum. Payments are processed securely through our designated payment gateway, and all fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

3. Refund Policy for Courses

This policy is designed to ensure fairness while safeguarding the financial and operational interests of the Institute.

No Refunds for Change of Mind or Personal Circumstances:

Course fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to:

• A change of mind or decision not to continue the course after enrollment.
• Personal scheduling conflicts, such as changes in work hours, family commitments, or other obligations that prevent attendance or participation.
• Dissatisfaction with the course content, teaching style, or delivery method after attending one or more sessions.
• Failure to complete the course within the designated timeframe.
• Technical issues on the student’s end, such as inadequate internet access or device compatibility, that prevent participation.

Limited Exceptions for Refunds:

Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of the Institute:

• Course Cancellation by the Institute: If the Institute cancels the course before it begins, a full refund of the course fee will be issued.
• Significant Failure to Deliver:Significant Failure to Deliver: If the Institute fails to provide access to the course materials or sessions as promised due to reasons solely attributable to the Institute (e.g., failure to provide access to the online platform), a refund may be issued for the undelivered portion of the course. This does not include issues caused by the student’s technical limitations or failure to meet participation requirements.

Refund requests will be reviewed within 14 business days, and any approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Non-Transferable Enrollment:

Course enrollment is non-transferable. You may not transfer your enrollment to another individual or to a different course session without prior written approval from the Institute. This policy ensures that our resources, including instructor time and course materials, are allocated fairly and efficiently.

4. Refund Policy for Digital Products (TradingView Indicators and Trading Bot)

Our digital products, including TradingView premium indicators and trading bots, are non-refundable due to their intangible nature and the immediate access granted upon purchase. By purchasing these products, you acknowledge the following:

• Immediate Access: Upon payment, you receive immediate access to the TradingView indicators and/or trading bot, which are delivered digitally. Once access is granted, the product is considered fully delivered.
• No Refunds for Digital Products: Refunds are not available for digital products under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the product’s functionality.
  • Inability to use the product due to lack of technical knowledge, incompatible software, or failure to meet system requirements.
  • Personal circumstances, such as changes in financial situation or scheduling conflicts.
  • Failure to achieve desired trading results, as trading outcomes depend on market conditions and user decisions.
• Technical Support: We provide limited technical support to assist with setup and access to digital products. However, this support does not guarantee trading success or compatibility with all user systems. It is your responsibility to ensure your system meets the requirements specified on our website.
• License Restrictions: Digital products are licensed for personal use only. Sharing, reselling, or distributing these products is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of access without refund.

Exceptions for digital product refunds may be considered only if the product is non-functional due to a verifiable error on our part (e.g., a broken download link) and the issue cannot be resolved through technical support. Refund requests for digital products must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of purchase, and approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, TradingView indicators, trading bots, and other content provided by Learn Trading in Amritsar are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or sharing of course materials or digital products is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action and termination of access without refund.

As a student or customer, you are responsible for:

Failure to meet these responsibilities does not entitle you to a refund or compensation.

Trading in forex, stocks, and cryptocurrencies involves significant risk, and you are solely responsible for your trading decisions. The Institute does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the information provided, and all content is offered on an “as-is” basis.

8. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to terminate your access to courses or digital products without refund if you:

• Engage in disruptive, abusive, or unethical behavior during the course.
• Attempt to share, resell, or misuse course materials or digital products.
• Fail to make required payments for ongoing services (if applicable).
